Tragic Incident Claims Life of 37-Year-Old Bhalswa Dairy Resident​


A tragic accident near the Azadpur Flyover in northwest Delhi's Adarsh Nagar area claimed the life of a 37-year-old woman, identified by police as Pooja Devi, a resident of Bhalswa Dairy. The incident occurred close to Balaji Tower on the flyover, drawing immediate attention from passersby.


Swift Response but Too Late for Victim​


Following a PCR call alerting them to the accident, police swiftly arrived at the scene, only to learn that the victim had already been transported to BJRM Hospital. Unfortunately, medical professionals at the hospital pronounced Pooja Devi dead upon arrival.


Accused Driver Apprehended by Public​


The driver responsible for the fatal collision has been identified as 27-year-old Abhishek, a resident of Govindpuri. Witnesses at the site quickly intervened and apprehended Abhishek, subsequently handing him over to the authorities.


Police officials confirmed the seizure and impoundment of the mini truck involved in the accident.
