Bengaluru, January 28, 2025Wonderla Holidays Limited (NSE: WONDERLA) has reported its Q3 FY25 financial results, showing a decline in revenue and profitability due to lower footfall across its amusement parks. The company also highlighted a ₹540 crore fundraise via a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to support expansion plans.

  • Revenue from Operations: ₹121.51 crore (down 2% YoY).
  • EBITDA: ₹42.14 crore (down 30% YoY).
  • EBITDA Margin: 33.3%, compared to 46.7% in Q3 FY24.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹20.30 crore (down 46% YoY).
  • Cash PAT: ₹34.91 crore, compared to ₹47.29 crore in Q3 FY24.
  • Footfall: 9.18 lakh visitors, down 3% YoY.
  • Average Revenue Per User (ARPU): ₹1,272, up 1% YoY.
  • Spend Per Head (SPH): ₹399, up 9% YoY.

  • Revenue: ₹361.79 crore (down 6% YoY).
  • PAT: ₹98.26 crore (down 27% YoY).
  • Footfall: 23.71 lakh visitors, down 7% YoY.

Park-Specific Performance

  • Hyderabad Park: Recorded highest-ever footfall and revenue since inception.
  • Bengaluru Park: Revenue down 13%, footfall down 15% YoY.
  • Kochi Park: Revenue down 8%, footfall down 14% YoY.
  • Hyderabad Park: Revenue up 9%, footfall up 11% YoY.

Growth & Expansion Strategy

Wonderla continues to focus on expanding its theme park portfolio, with:

  • Construction of Chennai Park in progress.
  • MoU signed with Gujarat government for a new amusement park.
  • Discussions ongoing with Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Goa for potential new projects.
