New Delhi, February 15 – The highly anticipated match between India and Pakistan in Colombo, during the World Cup T20 clash, has left cricket fans from both sides buzzing with excitement and anticipation, all hoping for their respective teams to emerge victorious.

With the match coinciding with Mahashivratri, cricket fans across the country are praying for a stellar performance from the "Men in Blue," while fans from the opposing side are also hoping to witness a strong showing from the Pakistani players in this high-stakes contest.

A wave of excitement has swept across the country. From Bihar to Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Punjab, large crowds of cricket fans are fervently praying for India's victory and offering special prayers.

In Patna, cricket fans performed special prayers for India's victory. A portrait depicting the "Men in Blue" dressed as Lord Shiva was seen, with fans showering them with their love and affection.

In Delhi, fans described the India-Pakistan match as a momentous encounter that is being watched with intense attention not just by the country, but by the entire world.

At the Shri Dudheshwar Nath Temple in Ghaziabad, devotees paid their respects to Lord Shiva and performed "Jalabhishek." They expressed their hopes for a superlative performance from Team India and a decisive victory over their arch-rivals, Pakistan.

Young cricket players and coaches in Surat, Gujarat, also shared their excitement ahead of the match. A young player expressed his hope that India will overcome their rivals today. In Amritsar, Punjab, cricket coach Pramod Kumar said that he has extensively trained player Abhishek Sharma and is confident that he will perform well in today's match, which has everyone's attention.
