In Jammu and Kashmir, a delegation from the Shri Amarnathji Yatra Bhandara Organisation met with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in Jammu yesterday, informing him about the issues related to arrangements and logistical matters along the pilgrimage route during the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra-2026. Akashvani Jammu correspondent reports that the Lieutenant Governor assured the delegation that appropriate action would be taken to address the concerns of those providing services, and praised the vital role played by voluntary organizations in the successful conduct of the annual pilgrimage. Dr. Mandeep K. Bhandari, CEO of the Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board, and Rahul Singh, Additional CEO of SASB, were also present at the meeting.
