New Delhi, February 9 Zinc prices rose by 85 paise to Rs 329.50 per kg in futures trading on Monday, as traders remained cautious due to a lack of fresh catalysts.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, contracts for March delivery of zinc edged up by 85 paise, or 0.26 percent, to Rs 329.50 per kg, with a trading volume of 89 lots.
Traders attributed the slight increase in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as a lack of fresh catalysts kept overall sentiment cautious.
