Despite the intense summer heat, voters turned out steadily at polling booths across Kerala, pushing the overall polling percentage higher than in the previous Assembly elections. According to figures available up to 5:30 PM, voter turnout has reached 75.01%. Earlier in the day, polling had already exceeded 62% by 3 PM.
While voting has officially concluded in most booths, polling continues in some locations to allow all voters who arrived before the deadline to cast their votes. Only a few constituencies have yet to reach the 70% mark, based on figures recorded up to 5 PM.
