Mumbai, April 6 – Veteran actor Ranjeet, who is 84 years old, was recently seen working out at the gym.

In the video, Ranjeet is seen attempting the cable chest fly exercise, pulling the handles inward on the gym machine. His daughter, who is also his gym trainer, encourages him with a Bollywood-inspired approach.

Initially, the 83-year-old actor struggles with movement and coordination. His daughter guides him through the exercise.

As the veteran actor is unable to perform the exercise correctly, his daughter playfully reminds him of his old Bollywood days, referring to the times when he played the role of a villain or a hero in movies.

Ranjeet immediately responds with humor, saying, "Yes, that's how you should say it."

Immediately after this, Ranjeet performs the exercise in the same exaggerated and dramatic style, but this time using the gym equipment.

Ranjeet shared the video on social media and captioned it: "If I keep doing workouts like this, I'll always stay fit... thanks to my coach and daughter."

Ranjeet is a well-known actor who played the role of a villain in many Hindi films, especially during the 1970s and 80s.

While he is a kind and good person in real life, he only played the roles of scary and evil villains on screen.

He has appeared in many films, including Amar Akbar Anthony, Namak Halal, and Lawaris.

Ranjeet has been a part of the Hindi film industry for over 50 years.
