
Kishtwar, April 1: Additional Deputy Commissioner Pawan Kotwal reviewed the functioning of grievance redressal systems under JK Samadhan 2.0 and CPGRAMS.
He emphasized the importance of timely and quality disposal of complaints to strengthen transparency and public trust. Departments were directed to regularly monitor cases and ensure that no grievance remains unresolved.
Out of the 1,221 registered cases, only 20 are currently pending, indicating significant progress in grievance redressal across the district.
