
New Delhi, April 3 Nemetschek Group, based in Germany, which provides software solutions for the construction sector, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Pinnacle Infotech Solutions to introduce advanced digital engineering technologies in India.
Nemetschek provides software solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AEC/O) and media industries.
In a statement, the company said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pinnacle Infotech Solutions to "drive next-generation digital transformation across the Indian construction ecosystem".
Pinnacle is a global firm in Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital engineering, and construction technology services.
Under this collaboration, all of Nemetschek's software brands, such as Bluebeam, ALLPLAN, Archicad, dTwin, etc., will be integrated within Pinnacle's digital engineering services.
Alok Sharma, Managing Director of Nemetschek India, said, "India and the global construction markets are at a pivotal point where digital adoption is no longer optional but mission-critical as we build on the foundation for Viksit Bharat 2047."
This collaboration with Pinnacle Infotech is structured to build an execution-driven ecosystem that enables the real-world application of advanced technologies, he added.
"By aligning software innovation with engineering depth, we are positioning ourselves to accelerate industry-wide transformation and deliver measurable efficiency across project lifecycles," Sharma said.
The Nemetschek Group, listed on the MDAX and TecDAX since 1999, achieved a revenue of EUR 1.19 billion and an EBITDA of EUR 371.1 million in 2025, the statement said.
