
The Ministry of Civil Aviation has stated that a total of 281 flights operated by Indian domestic carriers were cancelled yesterday, and it is closely monitoring the evolving situation in West Asia. In a social media post, the ministry announced that a dedicated Passenger Assistance Control Room (PACR) is operating 24/7 to provide real-time support to passengers. It also stated that a total of 1,461 complaints have been addressed through the AirSewa portal, social media platforms, and dedicated helpline calls, in coordination with airlines and other relevant stakeholders.
