Lucknow, March 31 Aligarh recorded traces of rain on Tuesday, while the rest of the state remained dry, according to a statement from the meteorological department.
The state capital, Lucknow, recorded a maximum temperature of 37.3 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius.
Banda was the hottest city in the state, with the temperature reaching 40.2 degrees Celsius.
According to the meteorological department, the weather is likely to remain dry across the state.
