Thrissur, Kerala, Feb 26: A senior Civil Police Officer (CPO) tragically died by suicide after allegedly jumping in front of a moving train near Wadakkanchery late on Tuesday night, police reported.
The deceased has been identified as 52-year-old Ramesh Babu, who was posted in the control room. Authorities confirmed that no suicide note was found at the scene, and an inquest is currently underway.
